Ayurveda can be defined as a system which suggests the inherent principles of nature, to help maintain health in a person by keeping the individual’s body mind & spirit in perfect equilibrium with nature. According to Ayurveda, our natural state is one’s health, happiness and an inner sense of well being. We can define health as body without toxins, the mind is at peace, emotions are calm and happy, Body wastes eliminate efficiently and all body functions are working normally.

Founder’s Message

"He who has health, has hope, and he who has hope, has everything”

This is an Arabic proverb that is most topical in these turbulent times. For hope to spring eternally, the well of health must remain clean. Ayurveda teaches us that the physical and mental health are so correlated that they are inseparable, and in the best cases, indistinguishable. Good health is essential for a good life, something that all of us aspire for. Unfortunately and ironically in the pursuit for a  “good life”, health becomes the eventual casualty.

It is with the vision to be able to deliver the concept of wholesome health, when I embarked on the journey to set-up Premadhar. The prime focus was on being able to make my patients lead better and healthier lives, using the knowledge gained from my forefathers and professors. I began humbly with a small centre at Rohini in New Delhi, where my only aim was to deliver the best and the most effective treatments to my patients. The objective that motivated me to expand was the happiness and satisfaction of delivering good health to my patients, and thus realise my dream of helping many more benefit from the science of Ayurveda.

After having dedicated 35 years of service to our patients, I can say that it has been a privilege for Premadhar to treat thousands of patients across the globe. The satisfaction of having delivered the promise of good health and a better life is what motivates me and my entire organisation on a day-to-day basis. As Premadhar celebrates 35 years of existence, we only look forward to many more years where we get the opportunity to provide the most authentic Ayurvedic experience to our patients and clients.

In today’s times, with the ever-increasing demands to balance work expectations, family life, social obligations and individual needs, it has become all the more imperative to maintain a healthy life. The apocryphal story of the man who neglected health chasing wealth and then spent his wealth chasing health has been told too often to preclude repetition. If life itself is the most precious, then good health follows as a close second. The two together provide true happiness.
